Terms of service

These terms are a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

These terms govern your organization's use of Vejlo's software and hardware.

The service

Vejlo provides room and desk booking software, an admin portal, and e-ink signage devices. Access to the software requires an active subscription.

Accounts

Your organization's admins are responsible for managing members and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep credentials confidential.

Hardware

Signs are provided as part of your agreement. Title, warranty, and replacement terms are set out in your order confirmation.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, access data you're not authorized to, or use it to break the law.

Fees

Fees consist of a one-time hardware cost per device and a recurring subscription that scales with the number of devices. Fees are invoiced as agreed in your order.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vejlo's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
