Vejlo AB ("Vejlo", "we", "us") builds room and desk booking software paired with e-ink signage. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

What we collect

• Account data: names and email addresses of admins and employees invited to an organization.
• Booking data: the rooms and desks booked, and when.
• Contact requests: the details you submit through our demo request form.
• Technical data: standard server logs and device status needed to operate the signs.

How we use it

We use this data to provide the booking service, operate and update your signs, respond to your enquiries, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with your organization and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (for example, our hosting and email providers), under appropriate data processing terms.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your organization uses Vejlo, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after an account is closed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
